Current Information for Tour Coaches
We have collected the most important news about our online booking system on your behalf. Because of the new group guidelines which have just been released, our customers need to pay attention to a number of changes.
New Features of the Online Booking System
- Dates: Dates from June – October 2019 will be bookable beginning 23 April at 8.30 am (CET).
- Fees: Fees for bookings beginning 1 June 2019 (travel period, not booking date) have been raised to € 50.
- Punctuality: Stick precisely to the terminal times you have booked. If those times no longer fit your schedule, make use of the opportunity to change them in the online customer portal – please refer to the instructions. If you arrive at a different time, you may well be fined.
- New functions in the booking system: The customer portal now gives you the opportunity to stipulate permanent additional recipients (e.g. bookkeeping) for booking and cancellation confirmations – please refer to the instructions.
