• Condizioni

  The rental fee applies for up to 4 people:
  EUR 225,- per night for the house
  EUR 50,- per additional person per night. (Maximum occupancy 7 people.

  Cleaning fee: EUR 150,-
  EUR 15,- per dog per day

  The minimum rental period is one week, a price reduction is possible for longer-term rentals by arrangement.

  Check - in from 4 p.m. or by prior arrangement
  Check-out 10am

  ​In the case of a fixed booking, payment of the rental price is due to the bank account specified to you.

  ​We ask that you hand over the cleaning fee of EUR 150,- in cash upon arrival,
  as well as the deposit of EUR 300,-, which is due upon your departure, return of the keys, TV remote control, etc.
  has to be returned to us. You will receive confirmation of this.

  ​Non-smoking house, but gladly on the balcony or terrace, ashtrays are available

  ​We ask you to live in the house as if it were yours and to avoid damages or to settle them in an appropriate manner.

  ​Cancellation policy:
  You can withdraw from the booking at any time before the start of the rental.
  In this case we will endeavor to rent the holiday home to someone else.
  However, if this does not succeed, you must pay reasonable compensation according to the following table:

  ​30 days before your booked arrival date - 100% refund
  between 14 and 30 days before your booked arrival date - 50% refund
  less than 14 days before your booked arrival date - no refund
