Oval - Die Bühne im Europark
Since 2005, Salzburg's EUROPARK shopping centre has been home to the OVAL - a stage that presents a colourful mix of genres for young and old.
The OVAL calendar of events offers quality entertainment for all tastes. Music and cabaret, small-scale performances and readings, as well as co-operation with festivals such as Mozart Week, make for a wide variety. In collaboration with the Salzburg film cultural centre DAS KINO, every Wednesday and Saturday arthouse films are screened.
The OVAL is easily accessible by all means of transport. There are 4,200 free parking spaces, and both the no.1 bus and the S-Bahn [city train] stop directly at the shopping mall. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants open before and after events, for which tickets are available the Neubaur ticket office.
