The Arkadenkultur features first-rate music and literature by local artists for you to enjoy. Every Sunday evening, you can conclude the weekend with live music and literature at the Living Room in Salzburg, Schallmoos.
The dialect songwriting trio Laube Meik Schubert has once again come up with all sorts of ideas and the result is the new CD "Drei": 15 songs in the colourful guise of music from all over the world, from Schmonzette to 7/8 Balkan polka and from love songs to melancholy about closed inns. From tips on how to avoid rubbish to deciding between donkeys and elephants...and to top it all off, the best hits from past programmes!
The Styrian-Salzburg trio, consisting of Georg Laube (guitar, vocals), Alex Meik (double bass, vocals) and Stefan Schubert (guitar, vocals), has played around 100 concerts in the last 5 years, moving between blues, folk, country and chanson with a lot of joy in playing and singing and interpreting mainly their own songs, but also cover versions by Paolo Conte or Herbert Grönemeyer.
In addition to our varied musical programme, the Living Room team also spoils you with culinary delights from its own kitchen.
