The music of the Balkans with its forms and variations forms the basis of the broad spectrum of the Ostbeatbend The repertoire of the Ostbeatbend includes gypsy music from Serbia, Romania and Hungary, Bosnian and Ukrainian songs, Macedonian, Bulgarian and Serbian ethno melodies as well as their own compositions. The creative co-operation between the musicians results in the music of Ostbeatbend, which is independent in the best sense of the word. Lively and captivating.
