The special exhibition at the Toy Museum is an exciting journey through time for the whole family: the adventurous expedition leads to the extravagant court of Louis XIV, continues into a mediaeval knights' castle, onto the ship of fearless Vikings, into a stone-age cave and concludes in the dangerous world of dinosaurs. Fun and games are a constant companion.
The special exhibition at the Salzburg Toy Museum opens up a vivid glimpse into the past – starting with a banquet at the court of Louis XIV and all the delicacies on offer. Then it's off into a mediaeval knights' castle, followed by two large Viking ships, where kids there are plenty of things for kids to try out: how to write your name in ancient Runes; or how to tie a sailor's knot. After exploring the stone-age cave, kids can conclude their journey the world of dinosaurs.
