Salzburg offers you very special moments at Christmas. For years, Christmas Eve has been the highlight for guests in the panoramic restaurant at the fortress with a 4-course menu.
You also have the option of combining the meal with a visit to the Christmas concerts at the fortress. Due to high demand, we ask that you make reservations as soon as possible.
5:00 p.m. - Ascent with the fortress railway
5:30 p.m. - Christmas aperitif in the panoramic restaurant
6:00 p.m. - Gala Dinner in the Panorama Restaurant at Hohensalzburg Fortress

Shrimp cocktail on avocado served in a glass
Creamy chestnut leek soup
Braised beef cheeks from local beef with port wine sauce on truffled mashed potatoes
Chocolate soufflé with a liquid center on berry ragout with homemade mango sorbet
9:30 p.m. - last descent of the fortress railway.
