As a result of a multi-year research project, the exhibition Images Turn. Turning Times provides extensive insights into the history of early photography in Salzburg. The exhibition spans the period from the beginnings of the new medium in the 1840s to its wide penetration of society, culture, and everyday life in the 1870s.
