Arts & Crafts Festival
HAND.WERK.STADT. brings traditional as well as trendy craft into the spotlight from April 3rd to 17th, 2025.
With all senses. This is the guiding principle of this revival of the artisanal event format, which will be celebrated right at the opening with an interactive musical workshop tour featuring sound installations in Mülln. Event highlights such as live craftsmanship demonstrations, workshops, pop-ups, upcycling, guided tours, and a children's program await visitors. Participation is explicitly encouraged.
Quality & Durability. Almost 42 workshops and institutions - from glassblowers to violin makers, from knife makers to leather workers - can be found in Salzburg's old town. It is the artisans who enrich and enliven the streets and alleys along the Salzach river across generations.
