Please have a look at our terms of cancellation:
There is no cancellation charge up to two days before arrival (respectively up to 14 days before arrival for special dates) If this deadline is missed or if the guest does not arrive, compensation must be paid. (100% of the room rate)
Also an earlier departure than the booked one is considered a cancellation and the same rules apply: An earlier departure has to be announced at least two days in advance. In some periods there is a minimum length of stay (see rates): If a cancellation results in falling below the minimum stay, 20% of the room rate will be charged also if it was announced in time. A cancellation has to be made in writing.

Bigger, newly renovated room on the second floor, below our rounded, modern roof, with a view of Gaisberg mountain and our garden – hence one of our most quiet rooms. The window bay was fitted with a comfy sitting area, which can be rearranged to serve as a comfortable extra bed. Of course, this room is equipped with a bathroom en suite (with rain shower and WC), satellite TV and wi-fi, and it also has a little refrigerator and a kettle with tea and coffee, and an air condition. Please take into account that the room is located on the second floor, and that there is no elevator.
