Educational establishment for stage experience
As an integrative orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra plays an important role in the past and present of the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. Many renowned orchestral musicians were able to gain their first stage experience here and have experienced significant impulses for their artistic development. Through concert invitations, the orchestra has performed at the Mozart Week, the Salzburger Kulturtage music festival, the Salzburg Festival and several European musical hubs.
