Mozarteum Foundation – Wiener Saal
The Wiener Saal [recital hall] of the Mozarteum Foundation, one of Salzburg's finest venues, is located in the Mozarteum building in the Schwarzstrasse.
The Wiener Saal is named after the Wiener Mozartgemeinde [Viennese Mozart community], which assumed the costs for the design and layout of the recital hall , including the organ. The ambience is ideal for chamber music, but can also serve as an exclusive setting for gala dinners or small-scale events. It seats up to 200 concert audiences or 100 dinner guests.
