The seven-member band ECHO BOOMER returns to Jazzit after their last concert in 2022 with their award-winning album TIMELESS WARRIOR. Bandleader Beate Wiesinger, who wrote all the pieces, highlights the collective creativity of the group. The album, which received the Austrian Jazz Award, impresses with sonic openness, collages, and free improvisations that were created in collaboration with producer David Furrer. The lineup includes Alois Eberl (trombone), Astrid Wiesinger (reeds), Beate Wiesinger (bass, vocals), Clemens Sainitzer (cello), Florian Sighartner (violin, flute), Philipp Jagschitz (keyboards), and Michal Wierzgon (drums).
