Every spring, the city of Salzburg becomes a meeting place for literature enthusiasts. The Salzburg Literature Festival once again invites you to several days of literary dialogue with authors from around the globe, exciting readings in unique locations, and a curiously intriguing program.
From May 14 to 18, 2025, the city of Salzburg will once again devote itself entirely to literature. The annual Salzburg Literature Festival will offer a variety of readings, performances, literary walks, and concerts by international authors, musicians, and artists at various venues in Salzburg.
The festival is open to people of all ages, including enthusiastic readers, schoolchildren, families, and visitors who want to experience literary encounters and inspiring stories.
