Shuttle (bus No. 18) to the historic district
In July and August, the Altstadt-Shuttle (line 18) reinforces existing trolleybus services (lines 1 and 8) and takes you to the historic centre in just a few minutes. This service can be used with the reduced P+R Combo Ticket at P+R Messe for up to 5 people for only € 5/car!
- July and August, daily
- departs every 30 minutes from 9 am (first departure from Messezentrum) to 6.45 pm (last departure from Hanuschplatz)
- in a few minutes from Messezentrum to the historic centre; without stopover
- Easy orientation: exit point = boarding point
- Altstadt-Shuttle and parking are included in the P+R Combo Ticket, in July & August for only € 5/car.
The parking ticket machines at the exhibition centre will be renewed in July and August. During this time, you can obtain the P+R Combo Ticket from the ticket machine at the bus stop. Please follow the instructions in the step-by-step guide.
The P+R Combo Ticket must be purchased before travelling and validated on the bus and is then valid for parking and as a bus day ticket for up to 5 people travelling together.
- Bus line 18 "Altstadt-Shuttle" directly to the town centre
- Trolleybus line 8 to the city centre
- Trolleybus line 1 via the main railway station and Mirabellplatz to the city centre
From the Walserberg border crossing to the Salzburg-Messe exit, no motorway toll sticker is required.
